I have not posed in a while. I tend to do that when I go “off the plan.” I don’t have any particular reason, but I have not eaten well nor worked out much this week. I did go on a nice bike ride yesterday, and I may do the same today.
However, I am not damaged. I actually weighed in a 186.2 pounds this morning, which is a low. I think it actually does me good to take a week off every month or so. I think as I loose weight my body reaches a point where it pushes against me. If I give it a week to know that it is not starving, then it starts to give up fat again.
So right now, I lost almost 10 pounds and two belt notches since mid-October. Not to bad, really.
